This is because when the DC high voltage is 200 kV and above, the test personnel wears insulating boots andstandsoutside the safe distance, however, due to the influence of the spatial electric field distribution of high-voltage DC ions, several adjacent standing bodies carry different DC potentials. This phenomenon is more pronounced in dry areas and in winter, but it generally does not cause harm to people due to its low energy.
6. After the test is completed, be sure to hang the ground wire to the high-voltage output terminal before removing the high-voltage lead.
7.Pay attention to the reliable grounding when using the test instrument. It is forbidden to hold the high-voltage outlet cable in your hand, just in case.
