1. The instrument can measure the single capacitance of a group of parallel capacitors without disconnecting the wire (both single-phase capacitance and three-phase capacitance can be measured). The three-phase capacitance measurement is connected once according to the wiring diagram according to the connection method of the capacitor bank.
