ZXMN-A Simulator Circuit Breaker Device

The device can simulate the tripping/closing of the circuit breaker during the entire group of tests of the relay protection device, which can reduce the number of switching actions, extend the service life of the circuit breaker, shorten the debugging time, improve the test work efficiency, and avoid the circuit breaker during the entire group of tests Inconvenience caused by repeated switching.
The ZXMN-A simulator circuit breaker device can cooperate with the relay protection tester produced by our company to perform non-stop power verification on the protection device and improve the reliability of power supply.
1. The panel embedded touch keyboard is used as a human-computer interaction device, and is equipped with an indicator light display, which is intuitive to operate and easy to use.
2. With humanized voice prompt function, the system can emit a beep every time a normal operation is performed. If the operation is improper, the system will give a beep three times.
3. Using a single-chip microcomputer as the control core. The weak current control loop is composed of integrated circuits, photoelectric coupling and solid-state components, with stable performance and precise time control.
4. The single-chip microcomputer input circuit has reliable isolation measures from the strong electricity part, and can withstand 220KV AC and DC voltage. The instrument is disconnected from the external input circuit when it is not turned on, which eliminates the hidden danger of the operator burning the instrument for a long time without testing, safe and reliable.
