ZX-RLC Gas Relay Calibrator
TheZX-RLC gas relay calibrator adopts an integrated design. The device is embedded with a full-color capacitive touch display and a wireless keyboard and mouse. It can easily and intuitively perform related operations on the flow rate, volume, and seal detection of the system, and simultaneously edit and print the related test report, and can save the data for reading and printing at any time.
This product adopts a single-pipe structure design, which greatly reduces the volume and cost of the three-pipe equipment. Embedded integrated design, friendly operation interface, high degree of automation of the whole machine.
1. Acquisition system: advanced CAN bus architecture is adopted for upper and lower computer communication, which improves the response time of high-speed data acquisition and the service life of the acquisition system. There are three pairs of heavy gas flow rate and light gas volume sampling nodes, which can complete the sampling of three nodes in one test project and display the status of the three nodes.
2. Pipeline structure: 80-caliber main detection pipeline is adopted, with 25-caliber and 50-caliber tapered pipe structures, flowmeters and relays are provided with straight flow straight sections, and the front 8D and 5D can meet the relevant fluid standards.
3. Flow rate part: A vector frequency converter is used to control the circulating oil flow of the centrifugal oil pump, which reduces the pulsating flow to the flowmeter and the relay when the oil pump is output, and improves the stability of the oil flow. Adopt 25 and 50 flowmeter pulse output high-speed frequency measurement, 25 flowmeter to detect the flow rate of 25 caliber relay, 50 flowmeter to detect the flow rate of 50 and 80 caliber relay (V = Qv / S (V = flow rate; Qv = flow rate; S = pipe cut Area), thereby improving the accuracy of flow rate detection.
4. Volume part: Adopt the pulse counting of the gear metering pump, control the motor speed of the metering pump through the analog output signal, accurately record the number of pulses, and improve the volume detection accuracy and detection range.
5. Pressure part: The centrifugal oil pump is used to apply the oil pressure by blocking rotation, and the pressure transmitter analog output is sampled.
6. Clamping part: adopts unilateral suspension centering hydraulic automatic clamping mechanism, the concentric deviation is less than ± 3mm, which greatly reduces the clamping work intensity.
